A TIME TO DANCE

I’m reading a Karen Kingsbury book, A TIME TO DANCE and it is a Christian novel about the story of a Christian couple who were on the verge of getting a divorce. Their marriage was falling apart due to some negative actions taken by the two of them, and the fault is honestly from both of them. However, I don’t want to discuss their faults here but the sacredness and lifetime commitment in the institution of marriage.

Marriage is sacred and is a lifetime commitment that should not be toyed with at will. According to God, divorce is out of the question, it’s a big taboo before God though most people think it to be just another thing. We must be careful not to do things that will jeopardize our marriages n we must strive to not be the stumbling block to our marriages.

No case is beyond repair and no matter the mess in a marriage; it can be converted to a mine of better days to come. There is always a time to dance no matter has mumbled up things are and it is for us to find those times by taking a clue from the past times we’ve danced. If God doesn’t give up on us no matter how bad we mess up, then who are we to walk out others? God hates divorce and anyone that doesn’t see it that way is up against God; this is my view.

I’m married and God helping me, I will stay happily so to my husband for as long as I live, with God as my guide.

Karen inspires me alot, always!

FOOD FOR THO’TS: let he who is without fault cast the first stone!

NEW YEAR, NEW ...

new year new... everything.

the best thing that can happen to anyone is to be alive. even the sick in bed still have life to be grateful for considering that some are no more though not as sick as them.

we thank God for d new year, i for one so do and i apprecaite another opportunity to be the best i can be.

new years come with the feeling that all will be well, it's always full of hope and so much expectations. but the expectations are sure dependant on the efforts we make on our parts- like NOT JUST WISHING, BUT WORKING, NOT JUST HOPING, BUT BELIEVING.

friends, in as much as we have what it takes to make it- life, we must not take it for granted. we all know the sayings "make hay while d sun shines" and "tick tuck says the clock, what you have to do, do quick". the biggest mistake we can make is to think we have all the time. january is almost gone and so will all the other months soon go.

lets wake up and multiply, and progress.being the way you were last year by the end of this year is failure in every sense of the word and the earlier we start, the better our results at the end of the year, all things being equal. Hmn! what then is the call? it's "another year, another opportunity; lets make it another rung on the ladder of success."

PEACE!
